Dirk Holt brings over 25 years of experience in complex and commercial litigation to his mediation practice. Over the course of his career, he has specialized in personal injury, construction law, and professional liability and has mediated hundreds of cases for clients in those areas of law and others. Mr. Holt achieved the highest peer rating by Martindale-Hubbell of AV Preeminent, which is a rating system recognizing legal ability, skill, and ethical standards. It is the combination of Mr. Holt’s experience, ability, and skill that makes him an asset to parties seeking help with their legal disputes.
Prior to starting his mediation practice, Mr. Holt was a partner and co-managing partner at Holt Woods & Scisciani LLP. He started his legal career as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington. Mr. Holt also served as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Papua New Guinea.
Mr. Holt has been an active member of the Washington and Oregon State Bar Associations, American Bar Association (ABA), and the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers (WDTL).
